Step 1 - Assess
We walk the site, review past incidents and coverage gaps, and map risk by time of day and location. You get a clear, one-page plan with post orders, patrol cadence, and access-control priorities.
Step 2 - Secure
We deploy trained guards with firm post orders, tighten entry control, and establish proactive patrols. Technology (QR scan points, GPS check-ins, photo/video reporting) provides real-time visibility.
Step 3 - Prove
We show results with dashboards and weekly summaries: on-time attendance, timestamped patrols, incident response, and trend lines. We adjust the plan based on data and your feedback.
Our guards assess fast, secure the scene, and prove what happened with time-stamped digital reports. Supervisors direct each step, clients get live updates, and when police respond, we stay until the handoff is complete.
Assess
The on-site guard stabilizes the scene (safety first), records key facts (time, location, people), includes video or picture in the digital report if necessary and alerts the Supervisor.
Decide
The Supervisor responds to on site officers call within 5 minutes. Confers with the Site Manager and sets the action. Guard will observe only, verbal intervention, detain (when lawful), or request police/EMS.
Act and Notify
The guard follows the directive and immediately updates the client that action is underway all within 10 minutes of the action being decided.
Document
A digital incident report (with photos/video if available) is filed the same shift; a final physical incident report is issued after incident with security guards signature at the bottom.
Handover & Close
If police respond, they receive the report; the guard remains on scene until released by law enforcement or Supervisor. Client receives a post-incident summary and any follow-ups. Along with specific relief thresholds and manager approvals if need be to stay on the same page.

Our Training
Security Guards spend approximately four hours in person for orientation after being hired, which includes training videos followed by a scored exam, with additional refresher courses provided throughout the year to ensure continuous improvement.

Lawful techniques are taught to train guards in the way to go about ID verification, visitor logging, badge checks, bag inspections etc.
